Pancalis: Android-based leaning media for early reading in new normal

Early reading is an essential skill that needed to be accelerated through application-based media. This study aims develop Pancalis as a medium for the online teaching of early reading. used Research and Development (RD) approach using ADDIE model. The subjects were two experts well 18 teachers five students elementary schools. They established purposive sampling technique. data collection technique questionnaires scales. analysis descriptive statistics. results show that: 1) at stage literature study, it can concluded Android-based application alternative learning media early-reading; while result field shows need accommodate distance learning; 2) design stage, early-reading has been produced; 3) end development assessment was carried out expert validation scale found very suitable practicality response questionnaire practical use.
